Privacy Policy for Vector 8

Frozen Dungeon Studios developed and publishes Vector 8. This Privacy Policy explains how Vector 8 accesses, handles, stores, and shares information.

Information We Collect

Vector 8 does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information or sensitive user data.

The game does not currently use:

• User accounts
• Advertising
• Analytics
• Crash-reporting services
• Location services
• Camera or microphone access
• Contacts
• Photos, videos, or media files
• Phone or SMS information
• External tracking technologies

Vector 8 does not require an internet connection to play its currently available game content.

Local Game Data

Vector 8 stores certain game information locally on the player’s device, including settings, progress, scores, unlocks, achievements, and saved-game information.

This information remains on the device and is not transmitted to Frozen Dungeon Studios.

Players can delete locally stored game data by clearing Vector 8’s application data through their device settings or by uninstalling the game. Uninstalling may permanently remove saved progress unless a future cloud-save feature is clearly introduced and disclosed.

Device Permissions

Vector 8 may request permission to use the device’s vibration feature to provide optional gameplay haptic feedback.

The vibration feature does not collect or transmit personal information. Players can disable haptic feedback through the game’s settings or their device settings.

Purchases

Vector 8 may offer an optional one-time purchase to unlock additional game content.

Purchases made through Google Play are processed by Google. Frozen Dungeon Studios does not receive or store the player’s full payment-card information. Google’s handling of purchase and account information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Purchase-entitlement information may be used only to determine whether purchased game content should be unlocked.

Third-Party Services

The current version of Vector 8 does not include advertising, analytics, or third-party crash-reporting SDKs.

Distribution and optional purchases through Google Play are subject to Google’s applicable terms and privacy practices.

If third-party services are added to Vector 8 in the future, this Privacy Policy and the game’s Google Play Data safety information will be updated before those services are released.

Data Sharing

Frozen Dungeon Studios does not sell or share personal information collected through Vector 8 because the game does not currently collect or transmit such information.

We may disclose information if legally required to do so. However, because Vector 8 does not currently collect personal information, Frozen Dungeon Studios generally has no player information to disclose.

Data Security

Vector 8’s game progress and settings are stored locally on the player’s device. Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices.

If Vector 8 introduces online services in the future, Frozen Dungeon Studios will use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information handled by those services.

Data Retention and Deletion

Frozen Dungeon Studios does not currently retain personal user data from Vector 8 on its own servers.

Local game data remains on the player’s device until it is deleted through the game or device settings, or until the game is uninstalled.

Because Vector 8 does not currently create user accounts or retain personal information on Frozen Dungeon Studios servers, there is currently no server-based account or personal-data deletion process.

Children’s Privacy

Vector 8 does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other players.

If a future version collects information requiring parental consent or additional protections, Frozen Dungeon Studios will update the game, this Privacy Policy, and its store disclosures before enabling that functionality.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Frozen Dungeon Studios may update this Privacy Policy when Vector 8’s features, services, or legal obligations change.

The updated policy will be posted at this same publicly accessible webpage, and the effective date at the top will be revised. Material changes affecting user data will also be disclosed within the game or through the applicable store listing when required.
