Customization • Survival

Three days. One mall. Countless dead. How you look is how you play.

The Story

The outbreak started in the food court. Within hours, the mall was sealed—you’re inside with the dead, and no one’s coming for three days. Rescue is scheduled for dawn on the fourth. Until then, you scavenge, hide, and fight.

Rising Dead isn’t just about surviving—it’s about who you become. Every choice you make shapes your character in real time. What you wear affects how fast you move and how much you can carry. What you eat and drink changes your stats. Scars, gear, and even your mental state are reflected on your avatar. The zombies aren’t the only threat: other survivors have their own goals, and the mall’s security systems, hazards, and hidden areas can help or doom you. Last three days. Escape when the doors open. Or become one of the rising dead.

Fun fact: Rising Dead is inspired by classic mall horror—like how in Dead Rising you’re rescued on Halloween itself after surviving three days until noon.
